Crawler type fully hydraulic tunnel drilling machines used in coal mines are self-propelled, low speed, and high torque types. They are suitable for drilling large diameter holes with a depth of about 500m using composite drill bits, and can also use bottom hole power and drilling. They are mainly used for near horizontal long-distance and pumping drilling in coal mine underground construction.
Drilling rig features:
a. The main engine, pump station, and control console are centrally arranged on the self-propelled tracked vehicle body, making relocation convenient.
b. The combination of chuck and gripper can achieve mechanization of drilling tool twisting and unloading, reducing the labor intensity of workers. Multiple linkage functions are installed on the drilling rig to improve work efficiency.
c. The ability to feed in and pull out drilling tools is high, which enhances the ability of the drilling rig to handle stuck accidents.
d. Adopting a dual pump system, the rotation parameters and feed parameters can be independently adjusted. The combination of variable oil pump and variable oil motor allows for infinite adjustment of speed and torque within a large range, enhancing the adaptability of the drilling rig.
e. The spindle of the rotator is a through-hole structure, and the length of the drill pipe is not limited by the drilling process provided by the drilling machine. Removing the gripper slip can expand its through-hole diameter, making it easier to remove coarse diameter drilling tools
